Call Recording Transcriptions and Summaries
At Voys, you can have your call recordings automatically converted into written text (transcriptions). Once you've enabled call recordings, you can easily activate the transcription module using a checkbox on the Admin page in the portal.
Additionally, you can choose to have a short summary of your conversations created. These summaries are quick and handy, giving you the essence of the call at a glance.
You'll find the transcriptions and summaries in the call list, next to the recording. You can view and/or download them directly in our portal or access them via our API.
Privacy and Security Are Our Top Priority
Just like all our other services, we process both the transcriptions and summaries of your calls entirely on our own hardware. This guarantees not only the highest speeds but also the strictest security for your data. Your transcriptions are processed with the same technology as your voicemail transcriptions. You can also safely access them via our API.
Remember, legal compliance is crucial, so always inform callers that their conversations are being recorded.
