How to set Quality of Service (QoS)

How do I get the best VoIP call experience?

For an HD call experience, it is important that your internet connection is fast, reliable and that sufficient spare capacity is available.

A good practice is to set QoS (Quality of Service) on your router and prioritize VoIP traffic and/or all traffic to and from our IP ranges.

Go to Network > Advanced Settings, and you can find a topic called: QoS.

You you can set some parameters

Then Local RTP Port. There is a min and max port (11780-12780).

Based on that you can create a QoS record

Then configure these in your internet router
