If you have multiple phone numbers registered under one account with us, it is useful to be able to switch between those numbers. This is now very easy in our app.
When you make a call, a POP will come, and you can select the number you want to reflect on the receiverâs side.
This is Version 7.30.0
In the background, every user has a default number (if they haven´t chosen any then their default number is the client´s main number).
Alternatively:
- Go to the app.
- Click on Profile.
- Click on your username.
- Go to Account Information.
- Here you can see which business number (+27210125000) you are calling from.
- If you click on the pencil, you can switch between your phone numbers.
