Transferring calls with the Voys App

When you are on an active call, you can transfer it to both internal and external destinations. This is always a “warm” transfer, meaning you first consult with the person you want to transfer the call to.

You have a customer on the line and you want to transfer them.

  • Press transfer.

  • Enter the phone number you want to transfer the call to (this can be either an internal or external number).
  • Press the green button.

  • Once the second person answers the call, you can have a conversation that the first person will not hear.
  • Then press merge.
  • Your screen will now show that the call has been successfully transferred.

Returning to the caller

Do you want to return it to the caller? Then you can hang up the consultation call to return it to the original caller.
