Add a VoIP account to the Webphone

A VoIP account

A VoIP account is responsible for the registration of the Webphone so that the central system recognizes your Webphone as part of your customer account.

You can recognize a Webphone VoIP account by the laptop icon in front of it on Freedom.

Setting up a VoIP account

  • Go to the Telephony Settings tab. There are two options.

Existing VoIP Account

  • Select the VoIP account you want to use for your Webphone under Webphone account.

Creating a new VoIP account

  • Click on + New VoIP account under VoIP account to create a new VoIP account.

  • Provide a description.

  • Go to Webphone account.

Your user can now use the Webphone.
