I don't get a popup when I get a call


Do you use Edge as your browser? It may not support this pop-up. We recommend downloading Chrome.


On the Webphone

  • Click on the little key icon on the browse
  • Check Notifications and enable them if not enabled
  • If not fixed check the Site settings

On Chrome’s site settings

Click the Arrow on Site settings Or the 3 dots on your browse

Please enable Notifications and you can also enable your pop-ups and redirects

  • Go to your 'system preferences'.

Attention! Sometimes Chrome is listed twice. Make sure you have the same settings for both so it works the way you want it to.

  • Press start.
