  • Clear Cache for the Webphone
  • Reload the page, is it resolved?
  • If not try to use another browser e.g internet explore
  • Reboot the device

Turn on remote logging (debugging).
  • Open the Webphone
  • Go to Settings
  • Scroll to Debugging then click Remote Logging

    • If it's an option to test the issues with us, that's fine too.
