I get a message that my audio quality is poor


Our Webphone can check if your internet works well enough to make calls with the Webphone. If you see in the Webphone a pop-up that your audio quality is poor, there is a good chance that your calls won't sound good because your internet connection is not stable enough. So, check if your internet connection is sufficient to make VoIP calls.

  • Try to Reboot your PC and internet connection
  • Run a speed test
  • Tip: Connect your computer to the internet via a network cable; this connection is more stable than via WiFi.
