Do Not Disturb (DND) Desk and Cordless phones

Sometimes you don't want to be disturbed by your phone. You can put your device on do not disturb.

Yealink DECT device

For the Yealink handset, you will have to activate this function once in the web interface of your telephone.

Discovering the IP address of the device

• Press the OK button three times.
• Enter the IP address of the device in a web browser (on a computer that is on the same network). Log in with the username admin and the password admin or username voys and password freedom

• Go to the Phone tab.
• Enable Feature synchronization.
• Press Confirm.

The DND function can now be used.

Then, on your handset, put the device on DND.

• Press the OK button.
• Go to Call Options.
• Go to Do Not Disturb.
• Press OK.
• Change the Disabled status to Enabled.
• Press OK.

Tip: Change the softkey on your device to DND. Press the button on the left or right top of your handset until you see a selection screen. Click on Do Not Disturb and you can now quickly put your device on DND!

If it doesn't work...

The DND function on the handset does not work equally well on every handset. If this is the case, turn off the handset when you don't want to use it.

To turn off: Press the button you normally use to end a call until the display goes out.

To turn on: Press the record button until the display comes back on.

• Go to Forward & DND.
• Indicate for which handset you want to configure these functions for.
• Set the slider to on for DND status.
• Press Confirm.

The DND function can now be used.

Then, on your handset, put the device on DND.

• Press the OK button.
• Go to Call Options.
• Go to Do Not Disturb.
• Press OK.
• Change the Disabled status to Enabled.
• Press OK.

You can find the DND button on the screen of your device. Press it once and your phone will not ring. Press it a second time and DND will be turned off.
