There are two ways to link your telephony to your customer system:
- With Freedom: (https://www.voys.co.za/pabx-phone-system/crm-integrations/) With this connection, you pay per user and ensure that when your phone rings, a pop-up appears on your computer screen, which you can click on, and then you go directly to the correct customer page.
- With the module - [Webhooks] you ensure that a URL is called when your number is called. This URL can be a page of your custom system that appears when the relevant customer calls.
