CRM integration

There are two ways to link your telephony to your customer system:

  • With Freedom: ( With this connection, you pay per user and ensure that when your phone rings, a pop-up appears on your computer screen, which you can click on, and then you go directly to the correct customer page.
  • With the module - [Webhooks] you ensure that a URL is called when your number is called. This URL can be a page of your custom system that appears when the relevant customer calls.
