The Webphone

The Webphone is a softphone that allows you to make encrypted calls through your laptop's browser.

Before you start

• You have a user account.
• You have a headset connected to your laptop or desktop.
• You are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

• To access the Webphone, click on your country from the list below. If your country isn’t listed, please visit: https://webphone.voys.co/login

• Login with your username and password.
• Click Continue.

Welcome to the Webphone

• Here, you can choose your language.
• Click Get Started.
• Select a VoIP account.

Select a VoIP account

• Choose the VoIP account you want to use for making calls. The (Web) indicator shows that you can make calls via the Webphone.
• Click on Go to Audio Settings.

Pop-ups

• Click Allow in the pop-up to grant permission to show notifications.
• In the pop-up, grant permission to use your microphone.

Audio Settings

• If everything is set up correctly, you should be able to select the appropriate headset.
• If the microphone bar moves to green and the sound tests work well, click on Complete.

Is your headset not listed among the selectable options?

• Check if the connected headset works on other websites that have sound.
• If it does not work, contact your system administrator. The headset may not be properly connected to your computer.
• If it works, check if the correct devices are selected in the Webphone settings or contact us for assistance.
• You can now call with the Webphone within the browser.

• Open the Webphone in the Chrome browser.
• Press this icon:

You can now make calls via your web app. To receive incoming calls, ensure you are set up as a user or the Webphone's VoIP Account in your dial plan.
