I hear music when I pick up or call out

You receive a call and answer it. Immediately, instead of hearing the customer, you hear music.

Turn off all your programs on your PC.

To rule out an interface from other programs, please turn of all your other programs and leave only the Webphone on.

Disconnect your headset from other devices.

Is your headset connected to multiple devices? Turn off Bluetooth on those devices or disconnect your headset. Has the problem been resolved?

Could it be that there is music playing in your platform environment that you can hear?
The problem is not over yet, I still hear music.

Our platform is not capable of playing music and sending it to you as soon as you answer the phone. The problem must originate from somewhere else, but there might be an issue with the waiting music on your end. Have an IT specialist look into your problem. They might have a solution for where the problem is coming from.

Turn on remote logging (debugging).
  • Open the Webphone
  • Go to Settings
  • Scroll to Debugging then click Remote Logging

    • If it's an option to test the issues with us, that's fine too.
