Licenses
To make external calls in the Microsoft Teams environment, an additional license from Microsoft is required. To activate the calling functionality (dial pad) in the Microsoft Teams environment, a user needs to have a Phone System license. Depending on the current licensing structure, it is possible to order the Phone System license as an add-on or it may be necessary to order the Teams Phone System license. Make sure that the licenses are assigned to the correct user.
Administrative user
Voys will create an administrative user after the request. Then, the administrative user will be granted access to the Callto365 portal. An administrative user can perform a synchronization with the platform with the proper Microsoft permissions. Afterward, the synchronized users can be linked to the VoIP accounts on Voys' platform. After the users have been provided with a VoIP account, the administrative user can perform a synchronization again on the platform. After this synchronization, all necessary information is exchanged and the "dialpad" is available for users to use in Microsoft Teams.
