Do you want to be able to tell if you're being called by a colleague or a customer based on the ringtone? In this guide, you'll learn how to set an internal ringtone for your desk phone, so that an internal call has a different ringtone than an external call.
For this device, you set the internal ringtone via the handset:
- Go to Menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Ringtones (Handset).
- Click on Melodies.
- Set the appropriate ringtone for internal and the used SIP account.
