A CRM integration connects your Freedom phone system with your CRM package. When you receive an incoming call, a pop-up appears on your screen with the relevant customer information, such as the company name and phone number. If you click on the pop-up, you will be directed to the correct page in your customer system. Currently, we offer two "Pop-Up" integrations: Bubble and CloudCTI.
Bubble is a link that connects your CRM package and Freedom. This way, when your phone rings, the incoming number is immediately linked to a customer card in your CRM package.
