In the recent conversation list, you can see all the conversations that have been offered on your platform.
You can also choose to only display the missed conversations.
You can also find your conversation list in Freedom.
- Go to settings.
- Click on your company name.
Please note! You can only see this if you have manager or call details rights on Freedom.
- Choose Calls.
