You can access your Dial Plan from the Webphone

Check out how to edit the Dial Plan once logged in and follow these guidelines Add, Edit or Delete steps

Click edit dial plan
To add a step, click on add a step. To edit a step, click on the three dots at the end of the specific row that you would like to edit.
When adding or editing a step, use drop-down menus to select a feature and/or feature options.
Click confirm on that step
When you're done, click Save at the bottom of the dial plan.
