First, check if the Webphone browser has permission:
On the Webphone
- Click on the little key icon on the browse
- Check Notifications and enable them if not enabled
- If not fixed check the Site settings
On Chrome’s site settings
Click the Arrow on Site settings Or the 3 dots on your browse
Please enable Notifications and you can also enable your pop-ups and redirects
