Once you receive a call, you can transfer it to another device. It is possible to transfer to internal numbers (e.g. 201, 202, etc.) or to external numbers (mobile or landline). You can transfer with consultation (then you get the other party on the line first, e.g. your colleague) or transfer it blindly (you transfer the call directly to the other device).

Example 1: You receive a call and want to transfer it to your colleague with extension number 202.

  • During the call, press the 'R' key and enter 202 (On the screen you will see R202).
  • Wait for your colleague to answer and you can have a conversation that the customer cannot hear.
  • Press the 'R' key again to finally transfer the call to your colleague.

Example 2: You receive a call, but your colleague has just left the office. You want to transfer the call to his or her mobile phone.
