You can find the dashboard in [Freedom] (https://freedom.voys.co.za/user/login). Click on 'Dashboard' in the top menu bar.
Here you can arrange the most important things related to your telephony. They are actually shortcuts. The biggest advantage is that you can easily adjust your availability.
These are at the top left, a more extensive overview can be found under [Calls] in the blue bar.
If we want to change something for you in your online management environment, we ask for the support code. This way we are sure that we are adjusting the correct account. Safe and sound!
Click on 'generate code', then we see at Voys that you are logged in. This code is unique and can only be found in the portal.
With the "Temporary Redirection" function, it is possible to redirect all telephone numbers, including underlying call plans, to a destination ad hoc. Currently, it is only possible to temporarily redirect to a voicemail. The redirection remains active until the date and time you have set up. On the right are the shortcuts to the most commonly used functionalities of the platform.
- [Plugins]: Here you can download free, super handy tools with which you can click-to-call, manage your availability, and monitor queues.
- [Mobile app]: the Voys app with which you make outgoing calls and receive calls via the internet.
- [Invoices]: Here you will find all the invoices you have received from us.
Expanding? Here you can quickly order an additional telephone number, VoIP account, or a VoIP trunk.
This is in the middle at the bottom. It cannot be easier to set your availability: on your fixed phone, on your mobile, or somewhere else. This only works if you have included the [user]as a step in the call plan. Super handy, especially in combination with the [App]
Here you will see all the services you have not yet used in Freedom.
Do you use the Outgoing Fax module? From the dashboard, you can easily send a fax. Of course, this can also be done via your [email].
