Do you want to be able to hear whether you are being called by a colleague or a customer based on the ringtone? In this manual, you will learn how to set an internal ringtone for your desk phone, so that an internal call will have a different ringtone than an external call.
- Go to a web browser on a computer that is connected to the same network as the phone.
- Enter the IP address of the phone in the browser. You can find the IP address on the screen of your Grandstream device.
- Go to Accounts.
- Click on Account 1.
- Click on Call Settings.
- Enter alert-internal in the Matching rule field.
- Choose which ringtone to play.
