You can do this as follows:
Go to your VoIP account on freedom.voys.co.za
- Click the VoIP account you want to use e.g 201 Philip
- Click on the 'Advanced SIP Settings' tab and go to the 'Expert Options" field.
- Here you can see that 'videosupport=no'. Change this to 'yes'.
- Then click on 'Save'.
