My colleague can't log in, but I can

• Log in to your Freedom Account.
• Click on Admin.
• Click on Users.
• Here are all the email addresses that are known to us. Read here how to add a user.

Reset password

• Log in to your Freedom Account.
• Click on Admin
• Click on Users.
• Click on the email address of your colleague.
• You are immediately in personal data.
• Look for the password section.

Option 1: Send an email and let the user set a password themselves.

Option 2: Come up with a password yourself and tick 'Require password change after next login' if you want only your colleague to know the password.

Your colleague can now log in to Freedom, as well as the Voys App or Webphone using these user credentials.
