Do you want to be able to hear whether you are being called by a colleague or a customer based on the ringtone? In this guide, you will learn how to set an internal ringtone for your fixed phone, so that an internal call will have a different ringtone than an external call.
- Press the Help key on the device.
- With a web browser (on a PC connected to the same network as the device), go to the IP address displayed by the phone.
- Click on the web interface of your phone under the Setup heading on 'Preferences.'
- Click on the ‘Audio’ tab.
- Verify that Alert Internal Text is set to Alert-internal. If not, change this.
- Select the ringtone to be played for Alert Internal Ringer.
