This guide takes the Snom D745 running firmware 8.9.3.80 as an example.
Note: The following steps are applicable to Snom D1, D3, 7, D7, and 8 Series. For other phones, you can do a factory reset via network recovery.
1. Press * * # keys on the keypad. 2. Press and Hold the # key to reboot the phone. 3. Keep holding the # key until you see the Rescue Mode. 4. Press 1 key for a settings reset. 5. Press any key when prompted to reboot. The phone will be reset successfully after startup.
CAUTION: Do not power off during phone startup.
