First, perform the following checks in this case:
- Is the internet working, Can you visit voys.co.za?
- What is the difference between being available or on "do not disturb' mode? Please check if you are not on Do not disturb
- Is your availability good? Make sure your user's availability is set up on your Webphone account, which you can configure through the Webphone settings.
- Is your Webphone or user included in the dialing plan?
- Is a colleague logged in with the same email address? The Webphone can only be used by one user at a time on one computer.
