Start a conversation

There are several ways to make a call, outbound or inbound. Go to the Dialer option.

Enter manually

• Enter or punch in the phone number you want to call.
• Click call.

Type or paste a number/name

• Go to “Enter a number or name”
• Type or paste a number or name.
• Then click Call.

Favorites

• Scroll to the colleague you want to call under Favorites.
• Hover with your mouse on the right colleague, and a bell icon will appear.
• Press the bell icon.

Go to the Contacts option.

Contacts

• Scroll to the colleague you want to call under Contacts.
• Hover with your mouse on the right colleague, and a phone icon will appear.
• Click the phone icon.

Phone numbers are recognized on the web pages and you can click on them and your VoIP phone or soft client will automatically call the number.
