Web browsers want to put tabs or applications that haven't been used for a long time to sleep.
- Check the "Prevent sleep mode" option in the Webphone settings to prevent this.
Is this already checked, but the Webphone is still not active? Then check the settings on your computer:
- Go to your 'system preferences'.
When memory usage exceeds 80%, the Webphone can also be closed. This feature should also be disabled.
