Setting up your availability via the Voys app

In the image below, you are available on the app.

• Click Do not disturb.
• You are now set to Do not disturb.
• You are now not available for colleagues who want to call you internally.

If you want to be available again, click on available.

• If you are not available on the app but on another VoIP account, you can easily indicate this by clicking on one of the three other options.
• You can choose from all destinations linked to your user. If you're missing one, you can add it there.
• You can still be reached internally on the app by your colleagues.
