Voys Intelligence

Voys Intelligence helps you better understand your phone calls by automatically converting them into useful information. It includes two features: call recording transcriptions, which turns calls into written text, and call summaries, which provide a brief overview of each conversation. You can activate Intelligence via Admin in Freedom. Both features can be enabled within Intelligence using the checkboxes for transcriptions and summaries.

Call Recording Transcriptions

Call recording transcriptions automatically convert your recorded calls into written text. To use this feature, call recording must first be enabled. Once enabled in Intelligence, transcriptions allow you to quickly scan conversations, search for specific information, and revisit calls without listening to the entire recording. You can view or download them directly from the call list or access them via our API.

Call Summaries

Call summaries provide a overview of each conversation. To use this feature, Call Recording and Call Recording Transcriptions must first be enabled. They highlight the key points of a call, making it easy to understand what was discussed at a glance. Summaries are available alongside the full transcription in the call list and can also be accessed via the API.

As with all our services, call transcriptions and summaries are processed entirely on our own servers. This ensures high performance and strict data security. Transcriptions and summaries use the same trusted technology as our voicemail transcriptions and can be safely accessed through our secure API.
