Your first time using Freedom

Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1:

• Go to Dial Plan Extensions.
• Click Add.
• Assign an internal number starting with an 8 to the extension.
• Click Save & Go to Dial Plan.

You now have a dial plan that is not live. This means that any changes you make here will not affect your live telephony communication.

• You can access this dial plan using the internal number you assigned to the Dial Plan Extension.

Step 2:

• Open another browser window and go to Admin.
• On this page, you’ll find all the modules we offer.
• You can create these modules and, once completed, add them to the dial plan extension.
• For details about the modules you are creating, consult the Admin page and check related pages for modules that can only be set up within the dial plan.

What if I’ve created the perfect dial plan and want to make it live?

• Delete the old dial plan outside of opening hours by clicking the X.
• Click Add to create a new dial plan.
• Choose the phone number you’ve just deleted.
• Under Copy Dial Plan From, select the extension you created.
• Click Save.
• Your extension is now live!
