Questions about billing / invoices

Invoices are issued on the first or second of the month, covering the previous month.

• Log in to Freedom.
• Click on Account in the top right corner.
• Then click Billing.
• Finally, click Invoices.
• Here you will find an overview of all your invoices. These invoices are also sent to you by email. The invoice for the current month will be available here by the 10th of each month at the latest.
• Note! Invoices are deleted after 7 years and will no longer be accessible.

For Belgium all invoice go through Peppol, but you can still find a copy in freedom.

If your invoice hasn't arrived by email or you're having trouble finding it, don't worry. Here's how to access it in just a few simple steps.

Step 2: viewing invoices

• Go to Account.
• Go to Billing.
• Go to Invoices.
• Click on the logo shown next to this text to download the invoices.

If you want to receive your invoices by email, you can set this up as follows:

• Log in to Freedom.
• Click Account in the top right corner.
• Then click Administration.
• Finally, click Invoice Details.
• Enter the email address where you want your invoices to be sent under Billing Email.

If you have not paid your bills on time, we will deactivate your account. This only happens after you have received several emails notifying you of outstanding invoices.

The email correspondence contains a link you can click to make a payment. Once the payment has been received in our bank, we can reactivate your account.

We use the email address you provided to us. If you have changed it since then but not updated it with us, we recommend doing so.

• Go to Administration.
• Click Invoice Details.
• Enter the email address where you want your invoices to be sent under Billing Email.
