Set and modify your Dial Plan

• Go to dial plans.
• Click on Add dial plan.
• Specify the phone number for which you want to create a dial plan.
• Fill in a Description, for example: Main Number dial plan.
• If you want to make a copy of another dial plan, you can check this option. If you want to create a completely new dial plan, skip this step.
• Click on Save & Go to dial plan.
• You now have a dial plan that you can fill in and customize. Below, we will explain how to do that.

• Go to dial plans.
• Click on the phone number of the dial plan you want to modify.
• Click on Edit dial plan.
• Now you can adjust your dial plan.

Note: To modify modules, click on the module title instead of Edit dial plan. This takes you directly to the module, for example, to adjust opening hours or a call group.

The dial plan is now in Edit Mode. If you already have an existing dial plan, it will remain active until you press Save Changes. If you make a mistake, you can press Cancel.

Tip: The system sets up a step to add your first module. We recommend starting with the Opening Hours | Basic module, which includes national holidays and lets you set regular hours. Even if you're open 24/7, include this module for easy adjustments later.

How to add a step to your dial plan?

After you've added your first module, you'll see the options Unfilled Step and Add Step. Remember, our system guides your caller from top to bottom through the dial plan, so make sure the steps are in the correct order.

• Click on the Edit or Add Step button to add an extra step to your dial plan.
• Note: The final step must always include either a queue or voicemail.
• In the first dropdown menu, select the module you want to add, such as a call group or voicemail.
• In the second dropdown menu, choose the module you previously created in Admin.
• Optionally, fill in any other options and click Save.

Editing and Managing Steps

• To edit a step, click on Edit.
• To verify if the module you added is correct, click on the arrow next to the step. If the module is incorrect, complete your dial plan and, once saved, click on that module to make adjustments and save them.
• To delete a step, click on the three dots and choose Delete.
• If there is a sound associated with your step, such as a notification or menu, you can listen to it by clicking on the arrow with a circle next to the step.

Upcoming: Restore Mode

The Restore Mode option allows you to recover previously deleted dial plans, providing a safety net to revert to an earlier version when necessary.

• Select the dial plan you wish to restore.

• Click Restore, and the previous version of your dial plan will be restored.

Saving Your Changes

Are you done with the changes? Click on Save Changes. You'll then receive a notification to activate your new dial plan. Press Save if you want to implement it; it will be live immediately. If you still need to make adjustments, click Back to Editing Mode.

With the Restore Mode option, you can restore previously deleted call plans, providing a safety net to revert to an earlier version when needed.

• Select the call plan you want to restore.
• Click Restore, and the previous version of your call plan will be reverted.
