What is a dial plan?
Ever wonder what happens when someone calls your phone number? It's all managed through your dial plan.
You can access your dial plan on our platform. This is where you determine what happens when your number is called. Without a dial plan, callers will hear that your number is not in use. To customize your dial plan with features like Opening Hours and Voicemail, first create these modules in the Admin section. Once set up, they become active when you add them to your dial plan.
