Customize call identification with variable announcements
With the Variable Announcement feature, you can send an audio message to your phone. If you manage multiple companies, you can specify the company name in the dial plan’s Variable Announcement. This way, you’ll know which company the caller is reaching out to before you speak to the customer, allowing you to answer with the correct company name. When the audio stops, that’s when the customer will hear you, and you can begin the conversation.
