You can now choose your availability from the Webphone. This was already possible via Freedom as a user and the Voys App
📌
How do I change my availability?
  • Next to your username/email address, click the arrow
📌
What’s Your status?
Available - I am available to take the calls

In the image next to this, you are available on the Device you choose.

Do not Disturb - I am not available to take the calls
  • Click on the toggle next to available.
  • Now, you are on Do Not Disturb (DND).
  • You are not reachable to colleagues who want to call you internally or externally calls if you’re in the dial plan.
Offline
  • You are not on DND and are offline on the Webphone as a user.
  • Reboot the webphone if this is and the PC

Where do you receive your calls?

Make the choice of where you will receive your calls

  • App Means you will receive calls on the Voys App if you have set-on up already
  • Webphone means the calls will be ringing on the Webphone
  • Desk Phone means the calls will ring on your Desk phone
  • Call Forwarding - Will divert calls to your cellphone or any number linked

To switch between the devices just click the one you wish to connect too
