Transferring a call with the Voys App

Transferring a call with the Voys App

Transferring a call with the Voys App

When there is an active call, it can be transferred to both internal and external destinations. This is always done as a 'warm transfer'. This means that you first have a private conversation with the person you want to transfer the call to.

You have a customer on the line and you want to transfer them.

  • Press transfer.
  • Enter the phone number you want to transfer to (this can be both an internal or external number).
  • Press the green button.
  • When the second person answers the call, you can have a conversation that the first person won't hear.
  • Then press Merge calls.
  • Your screen will now show that the call has been successfully transferred.
