Call Waiting
Call waiting allows you to handle multiple calls on one phone. When you're on a call, you'll hear a beep tone indicating there's another caller. As soon as you answer the second call, the first call will be put on hold. This is a feature provided by the phone. Call waiting cannot be enabled or disabled in the portal.
