On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about the costs associated with using Voys. Whether you're looking for detailed information on call rates, or are considering one of our custom or complete subscriptions — we've got you covered. We’ll also explain how cancellation works, including how to cancel specific parts of the service if you're not using them anymore, so you always stay in control of your phone setup.
Call Rates: International
At Voys, we want you to always have a clear overview of your calling costs. Call rates differ per country, so it's important to check the rates that apply to the country you're located in.
To make things easier, we’ve created separate pages for each country we operate in. Simply select your country below to view the international rates that are relevant to you:

Packages Explained: Custom and Complete
Within the telephony platform, it is possible to choose between two packages, Custom and Complete.
With Custom, you create the most suitable offer yourself and you only pay for the functionalities that are purchased and the call minutes used.
With Complete, you have immediate access to a large number of modules and platform capabilities for one fixed price per user. No charges are made for national call usage, so you know exactly what to expect in terms of billing.
