Import shared contacts in the portal how do you do?
We've made it easier than ever to manage your contacts! You can upload your Google Contacts file directly into the portal. This means faster dialing in the app and Webphone, plus simpler and smarter caller identification. No more manually adding contacts—just seamless communication at your fingertips.
The contact book, where you can import your contacts, will also be used to perform Caller ID lookups. Simply put, if the contact information stored for a contact matches the incoming phone number, this information will be displayed in the app, on the webphone, and on the deskphone as well.
