Transform your callers' waiting time into a pleasant experience with our music on hold feature. This allows you to entertain your callers with delightful background music while they wait for an available colleague. Here's how you can use this feature:
- With a Queue: When callers are in a queue as part of your dial plan, they will hear the selected music and any custom messages you've configured.
- During a Hold: When you place a call on hold, the chosen music will play, keeping your caller engaged.
Note: Hold music is not compatible with calls initiated via Click-to-Dial.
