Why do I need to fill in the server host option?
The server host option in your VoIP phone settings refers to the address of the Voys server that your phone needs to connect to in order to make and receive calls.
If the server host field is left blank or incorrectly configured, your phone won't be able to connect to the Voys platform, and you won’t be able to make or receive calls. Filling in the correct server address ensures your phone is properly registered and can establish a connection with our service.
