TLS encrypts the connection between Voys and ElevenLabs. TCP doesn't. ElevenLabs requires encrypted traffic, so TCP won't work here, even though it appears as an option.

Yes. One Freedom Trunk can handle multiple agents. You assign agents per phone number in ElevenLabs, not per trunk.

Start with the fixed hostname and port in your Freedom Trunk. These are the most common culprits. Make sure the hostname is sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io, the port is 5061, and the transport protocol is set to TLS. Also confirm that Force encryption is enabled.

The number you imported into ElevenLabs via the SIP Trunk. Make sure the Caller ID format in your Freedom Trunk is set to Full number with plus (e.g. +31501234567), otherwise the number may not pass through correctly.
