Alarm System

When migrating to VoIP, ISDN or the analog telephone line often becomes obsolete. In theory, it is possible to connect an alarm system via VoIP using an analog telephone adapter (ATA). Check with your insurance and/or alarm monitoring center whether this is permitted.

A better solution is to connect an alarm system directly to the internet without using VoIP via a so-called IP dialer. A connection via the GSM network is also possible. The supplier of your alarm system can provide more information about this.
