Work through these steps in order:

• Check the dial plan first to make sure it’s set up correctly.
• Make sure both your phone and the app are running the latest versions.
• Switch from WiFi to mobile data. Audio issues often come from WiFi instability — this is about how WiFi works, not the quality of your network.
• Turn off Bluetooth. Some devices interfere with audio or affect how the app rings.
• Turn off both Bluetooth and WiFi, and try a different location. Walls, interference, or a weak mobile signal could be the cause.
• If the issue persists, enable remote logging and send us your activity:
• Open the app.
• Go to Profile → App Preferences → Debugging.
• Turn on Remote Logging.
• Tap Send under Send Today’s Activity.
• Still not resolved? Get in touch and share 2–3 examples: include the date, time, and phone number, and describe what went wrong. In the Netherlands or Belgium, you can use our callback planner — open the app, go to Profile → About the app → Help, and choose a time that works for you or get called back as soon as possible. This is caused by local caching on your Android device. The only solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall it whenever you want to switch accounts.
