How your name appears on caller ID
Many mobile providers and devices use their own name lookup services to display caller information. While we offer Caller ID Lookup for incoming calls, we have no control over how your name or number appears to others when you call them.
Most name providers rely on public and private databases—such as Google or the Yellow Pages—to display this information. Since these databases are not managed by us, we are unable to directly change or update the caller ID information shown by other services.
However, there are steps you can take to ensure your correct company name is displayed when making calls.
