To make sure netgear is compatible with Voys, you have to disable SIP ALG.

  • Log in to the router's web interface.
  • Go to the WAN Setup Menu and then to NAT Filtering.
  • Uncheck the box next to Disable SIP ALG.
  • Save the configuration.

Note: Depending on the device type and firmware, the Disable SIP ALG option may be located elsewhere.
