Want an email every time someone calls? Or a new row in Excel, a message in Teams, or a task in Planner? With 
Call notifications and Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), you can set that up yourself, without writing any code.
Here's how it works: every time a call changes status (ringing, answered, hung up), we send the call details to a URL. Power Automate catches them and does whatever you tell it to. In this guide, we'll build a simple flow that emails you for every incoming call. Once that works, you can swap the email for any other Microsoft 365 action.
