To use the Telephone app (or any other SIP client) with your business number from Voys, follow these steps within our Freedom platform:

1. Retrieve your SIP Credentials

• Log in to Freedom.
• Navigate to Admin and select VoIP Account.
• If you don't have a dedicated user account yet, create a new user account here.

Let op! You need the desk phone voip account, the app account option is only for the Voys App.
• You will need the following details:
• Username / Account ID (e.g., 123456789)
• Password (Note: this is the specific SIP password, not your Freedom login password)
• Registrar / Domain: ha.voys.co

2. Configure the App

Open the Telephone app on your device and go to the settings to add a new account. Enter the credentials gathered in the previous step:

• Description + Full Name: VoIP account number.
• Domain: Enter ha.voys.co.
• User Name: Enter your VoIP account number.
• Password: Enter the corresponding SIP password.

3. Update your Dial Plan

Finally, ensure your Dial Plan in Freedom is updated. Route your incoming numbers to the newly configured VoIP account so the Telephone app actually rings when someone calls your business number.
