An overview of the Voys app functionalities. If there is a specific feature you would like to see explained, please provide your feedback.
Outgoing numbers
If you have multiple phone numbers with us under one account, it's convenient to be able to switch between those numbers. This can now be done easily in our app.
- Go to the app.
- Click on Profile.
- Click on your username.
- Here you can see with which business number (+31502110130) you are making outgoing calls.
- If you click on the pencil icon, you can switch between your phone numbers.


Recent Calls
1. The Recent tab
In the recent call list, you can see all calls that have been offered on your platform. You can switch at the top of the screen between 'Personal' for calls directed to you and 'All' for all calls for your company.
Don't see "Personal" and "All" at the top? Go to step 2


2. Missed calls / all calls
In the recent call list, you can see all calls that have been offered on your platform. You can switch at the top of the screen between 'Personal' for calls directed to you and 'All' for all calls for your company.
You can also choose to display only missed calls.
Don't see all your missed calls?

- Go to Profile.
- Go to App preferences.
- Scroll to Recent and check 'Show tab with all calls'.
To see the effective calls:
- Click on Recent at the bottom of the page/App.
- Press All at the top right of the page.



3. Call list in Freedom
You can also find your call list in Freedom.
- Go to Profile.
- Click on your company name.
- Click on Calls.
Note! You can only see this if you are a member of the permission groups as admin or call details.

Starting a call
Making calls works similarly to making calls on your regular mobile phone. You can call via:
- The contacts list.
- Recent calls.
- Shared contacts.
- The numeric Keypad.

Transferring a call with the Voys App
When there is an active call, it can be transferred to both internal and external destinations. This is always done as a 'warm transfer'. This means that you first have a private conversation with the person you want to transfer the call to.
You have a customer on the line and you want to transfer them.
- Press transfer.
- Enter the phone number you want to transfer to (this can be both an internal or external number).
- Press the green button.
- When the second person answers the call, you can have a conversation that the first person won't hear.
- Then press Merge calls.
- Your screen will now show that the call has been successfully transferred.
