Phone Number

To add a new phone number:

• Go to Phone Number.
• Click Add.
• Select the spoken language.
• Enter the company name and VAT number.
• Enter the address for the new number.
• Replace accented characters: "é" becomes "e," "à" becomes "a."
• Use only letters, numbers, and spaces.
• Click on retrieve address.
• Select the appropriate area code.
• Choose the quantity of numbers: 1, 10, or 100 (consecutive).
• Pick a number or range.
• Add a description for identification.
• Click Save.

The number will be available after 3 - 5 minutes. Don’t forget to create a dial plan for it.

To delete a number:

• Go to Phone Number.
• Click the cross next to the number.
• Confirm by pressing Yes, delete phone number.

To keep a number without using it, set it to 'inactive' instead of deleting it.

For porting existing numbers to or from us, please contact our sales/support team.

For international numbers, contact us directly. You must have a business registration in the respective country to request international numbers.
